Sorbet Ingredients

Method

Sorbet Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Raspberry Sorbet

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and let it cool. In a blender, puree the raspberries and mix with the cooled sugar syrup. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 4 hours, stirring every hour until it reaches a sorbet consistency.

  2. 2

    Prepare Mango Sorbet

Repeat the same process for the mango sorbet. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves. Let cool and then mix with fresh mango puree. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 4 hours, stirring every hour until it reaches a sorbet consistency.

  3. 3

    Prepare Lemon Sorbet

For the lemon sorbet, combine 1 cup of fresh lemon juice with 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Let cool and pour into a shallow dish. Freeze for about 4 hours, stirring every hour until it reaches a sorbet consistency.

  4. 4

    Serve

Once all sorbets are ready, scoop them into bowls or glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
