Prepare the Greens
In a large salad bowl, add the mixed salad greens as the base.

Add the Vegetables
Top the greens with shaved carrots, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced Japanese cucumber.

Add Mac Nuts
Sprinkle the Kettle Mac Nuts over the top of the salad.

Make the Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, whisk together lilikoi (passion fruit) puree and vanilla extract for the vinaigrette.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the lilikoi vanilla vinaigrette over the salad before serving.

Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.
