In separate bowls, combine each type of diced fruit with lime juice and agave syrup. For each fruit, blend until smooth, adding water as necessary to achieve a pourable consistency.

In a shallow dish or ice cream maker, pour the pineapple puree as the first layer and freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.

After the pineapple layer has firmed, add the mango puree on top and freeze for another 30 minutes.

Repeat the process with the strawberry puree, freezing for another 30 minutes.

Finally, pour the blueberry puree on top and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
