For the Grilled Hibachi Salmon

Method

For the Grilled Hibachi Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over the salmon. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat and brush it lightly with oil.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-6 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
