Method

Beef Short Ribs

    Prepare the Marinade

    In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.

    Marinate the Ribs

    Place the beef short ribs in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

    Cook the Ribs

    Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Place the marinated ribs in a roasting pan, add beef broth and thyme. Cover with foil and braise for 4-5 hours until tender.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    In a bowl, combine shrimp, scallops, and pineapple chunks.

    Cook the Seafood

    Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Add the seafood mixture and teriyaki sauce. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Garnish with chopped green onions.

    In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, feta cheese, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

    Stuff the Pork Chops

    Make a pocket in each pork chop and fill with the cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

    Cook the Pork Chops

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pork chops for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

    In a bowl, combine wasabi paste, horseradish, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

    Marinate the Beef Cheeks

    Place beef cheeks in the marinade and let sit for at least 2 hours.

    Cook the Beef Cheeks

    Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Place marinated beef cheeks in a roasting pan and cover. Braise for 3-4 hours until tender. Serve with mochi crunch on top.

Bacon Blue Cheese Filet Mignon

    Prepare the Bacon

    Cook chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

    Sear the Filet Mignon

    Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

    Add Toppings

    Top each steak with crumbled blue cheese and crispy bacon. Allow to melt slightly before serving.
