Beef Short Ribs

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.

Marinate the Ribs
Place the beef short ribs in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Cook the Seafood
Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Add the seafood mixture and teriyaki sauce. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Garnish with chopped green onions.

Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, feta cheese, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Stuff the Pork Chops
Make a pocket in each pork chop and fill with the cheese mixture. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine wasabi paste, horseradish, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

Place beef cheeks in the marinade and let sit for at least 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Place marinated beef cheeks in a roasting pan and cover. Braise for 3-4 hours until tender. Serve with mochi crunch on top.
