Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Prepare the Soy Braised Pork Belly

In a pot, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, and sliced ginger. Add the pork belly and simmer on low heat for about 1.5 hours until tender. Once done, remove from heat and let it cool slightly before slicing.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ramen Noodles

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Ground Pork

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned. Stir in chili paste, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Tomato and Shrimp

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Cut the Roma tomatoes in half, sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper, and roast for 20 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, add the tiger shrimp to the oven to sear.

  5. 5

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet used for the pork, add the Aunty May's Warabi and Won Bok. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes until tender.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Ramen Bowl

In a large bowl, combine the cooked ramen noodles, sautéed ground pork, and vegetables. Top with sliced pork belly, roasted tomatoes, and seared shrimp. Drizzle tahini sauce over the top before serving.
