Crispy Skin Smoked Salmon Ingredients
Method
Crispy Skin Smoked Salmon Directions
- 1
Prepare the Salmon
Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Ensure the skin is clean and free of any scales.
- 2
Season the Salmon
Rub both sides of the salmon fillets with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- 3
Cook the Salmon
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- 4
Finish Cooking
Carefully flip the salmon fillets over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 5
Serve
Remove from heat and let rest for a minute before serving. Pair with Onda Squid Ink Pasta, Wasabi Beurre Blanc, and Granny Smith Apple & Cucumber Relish.
