Prepare the Pork Belly
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Cut the pork belly into 1-inch cubes. Season with salt and black pepper. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 2-3 hours until crispy.

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
While the pork belly is cooking, trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy and caramelized.

Combine Ingredients
Once the pork belly is done, mix it with the roasted Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with the Pupukea citrus balsamic glaze and toss to combine.

Garnish the dish with toasted macadamia nuts before serving for added crunch and flavor.
