Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Belly

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Cut the pork belly into 1-inch cubes. Season with salt and black pepper. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 2-3 hours until crispy.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

While the pork belly is cooking, trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Roast the Brussels Sprouts

Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy and caramelized.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Once the pork belly is done, mix it with the roasted Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with the Pupukea citrus balsamic glaze and toss to combine.

  5. 5

    Serve

Garnish the dish with toasted macadamia nuts before serving for added crunch and flavor.
