Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, minced garlic, olive oil, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are well coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

  3. 3

    Prepare Cucumber Remoulade

While the wings are baking, prepare the cucumber remoulade. In a separate bowl, combine the diced cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  4. 4

    Serve

Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve hot with the cucumber remoulade on the side.
