Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Reserve about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet.

  3. 3

    Sauté Brussels Sprouts

In the skillet with the reserved bacon fat, add the olive oil, Brussels sprouts, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they start to brown.

  4. 4

    Bake the Brussels Sprouts

Transfer the sautéed Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender and crispy.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Once the Brussels sprouts are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a bowl. Add the cooked bacon (chopped), Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
