Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the stem ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Reserve about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet.

Bake the Brussels Sprouts
Transfer the sautéed Brussels sprouts to a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender and crispy.

Combine Ingredients
Once the Brussels sprouts are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a bowl. Add the cooked bacon (chopped), Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
