Prepare the Blue Cheese Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine the blue cheese, heavy cream, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.

Prepare the Salad
Rinse the baby romaine lettuce leaves under cold water and pat dry. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Add Tomatoes and Bacon
Chop the heirloom tomatoes into wedges and add them to the bowl with the romaine. Crumble the cooked bacon over the top.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the prepared blue cheese dressing over the salad and gently toss until the salad is evenly coated.
