Buttery Parmesan Garlic Kahuku Corn on the Cobb

Method

Prepare the Baby Back Ribs

  1. 1

    Season the Ribs

Rub the baby back ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ribs

Preheat your grill or smoker. Cook the ribs at a low temperature (225°F) for about 3 hours, basting with BBQ sauce halfway through.

Prepare the Beef Brisket

  1. 3

    Season the Brisket

Season the beef brisket with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.

  2. 4

    Smoke the Brisket

Smoke the brisket using your choice of wood chips at 225°F for about 10-12 hours until tender.

Fry the Chicken

  1. 5

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix buttermilk and hot sauce. Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture for at least 2 hours.

  2. 6

    Fry the Chicken

Dredge the marinated chicken in flour mixed with cayenne pepper and fry in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.

Prepare the Baked Beans

  1. 7

    Combine Ingredients

In a saucepan, combine canned baked beans, brown sugar, mustard, and chopped onions. Heat over medium heat until warmed through.

Prepare the Corn

  1. 8

    Cook the Corn

Boil or grill the Kahuku corn on the cob until tender. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
