Prepare the Chicken
Season the boneless chicken breast with salt and pepper. Optionally, marinate for 30 minutes for added flavor.

Cook the Chicken
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the chicken is resting, wash and chop the lettuce, slice the tomato and onion.

Assemble the Dish
Slice the cooked chicken breast and place it on a plate. Top with lettuce, tomato, and onion. Choose your preferred cheese and sprinkle it over the top.
