Prepare the Peanut Butter Mousse
In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Incorporate the Whipped Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.

Prepare the Chocolate Crust
In another bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form a crust.
