Prepare the Fish
Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Set Up Breading Station
In three separate shallow bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs. Dredge each fish fillet first in flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Fry the Fish
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
