Salad Preparation

Prepare the Salad Base
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber (sliced), and thinly sliced red onion. Toss gently to mix all the ingredients evenly.
Vinaigrette Preparation

Make the Vinaigrette
In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assembly

Combine and Serve
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad just before serving. Toss the salad lightly to coat the greens with the dressing. Serve immediately.
