Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your choice of pasta (Angel Hair, Linguine, Tagliatelle, or Fettuccine) and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Typically, this takes about 2-4 minutes for Angel Hair, 8-10 minutes for Linguine, 8-10 minutes for Tagliatelle, and 10-12 minutes for Fettuccine.
- 2
Drain the Pasta
Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and reserve a cup of pasta water.
- 3
Prepare the Sauce
In a separate pan, heat your choice of sauce (Marinara, Alfredo, Pesto, or Aglio e Olio) over medium heat. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a bit of the reserved pasta water to achieve your desired consistency.
- 4
Combine
Add the drained pasta to the sauce and toss gently to coat the pasta evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
- 5
Serve
Plate the pasta and top with grated Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, or a drizzle of olive oil, if desired. Serve hot.
