Marinade and Riblets
Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Marinate the Pork Riblets
In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, black pepper, and vegetable oil until well combined. Add the pork riblets and ensure they are fully coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- 2
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- 3
Bake the Riblets
Place the marinated riblets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, reserving the marinade. Bake for about 2 hours, basting with the reserved marinade every 30 minutes.
- 4
Broil for Crispiness
After baking, switch the oven to broil and cook the riblets for an additional 5-10 minutes, until they are nicely caramelized and crispy.
- 5
Serve
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
