Cooking Instructions

1

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

Clean the Fish

Rinse the branzino under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Make sure it is cleaned and scaled.

3

Seasoning

Rub the outside and inside of the fish with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place lemon slices and parsley inside the fish cavity.

4

Add Herbs

Insert fresh thyme sprigs into the cavity along with the lemon and parsley.

5

Bake the Fish

Place the prepared branzino on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

6

Serve

Remove the fish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with extra lemon slices and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
