Method

Preparation of the Dip

  1. 1

    Sauté Spinach

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes or until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  3. 3

    Add Remaining Ingredients

To the creamy mixture, add the sautéed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.

  4. 4

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  5. 5

    Bake the Dip

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Preparing the Bread

  1. 6

    Toast the Baguette

While the dip is baking, preheat a grill pan or oven. Brush the sliced baguette pieces with olive oil and toast until golden brown on both sides.

  2. 7

    Serve

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with the toasted baguette slices.
