Cook the Lamb
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground lamb and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add Peas and Seasoning
Stir in the frozen peas, broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

Add Green Onions
Chop the green onions and fold them into the mashed potatoes.
Assemble and Bake

Layer the Filling
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a baking dish, spread the lamb filling evenly across the bottom.

Top with Champ Potatoes
Spread the champ potatoes over the lamb filling, smoothing it out with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
