Brew Espresso
Brew a shot of fresh espresso and allow it to cool slightly.

Make Guinness Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts of Guinness beer and sugar over low heat. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture thickens slightly. Allow to cool.
Mixing the Drink

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Mr. Black espresso liqueur, 1 oz of vodka, 1 oz of cooled freshly brewed espresso, and 0.5 oz of Guinness simple syrup.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with 3 coffee beans placed on top of the drink.
