Chicken Marinade

Creamy Jerk Dressing

Method

Marinating Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, combine jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate Chicken

Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are all well-coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.

Grilling Chicken Tenders

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Chicken

Remove chicken tenders from the marinade and place them on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is nicely charred.

  3. 5

    Rest the Chicken

Once cooked, remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Making the Creamy Jerk Dressing

  1. 6

    Mix Dressing Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, jerk seasoning, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until smooth and well-combined.

  2. 7

    Chill the Dressing

Refrigerate the dressing for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
