Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Lamb Burger

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Colorado lamb burger patty with salt and pepper on both sides. Cook the burger for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Dubliner cheese on top of the lamb burger to melt. Cover the skillet or close the grill lid to speed up the melting process.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the burger cooks, slice the Spanish onion into thin rings, the cucumber into slices, and the tomato into thick slices. Wash and dry the lettuce leaf.

  4. 4

    Toast the Artisan Roll

Cut the artisan roll in half and lightly toast it on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the toasted artisan roll, layer the lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked lamb burger with melted Dubliner cheese, sliced cucumber, Spanish onion, and tomato. Top with the other half of the roll.

Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package. Spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

  2. 7

    Cook the Fries

Bake the fries in the oven for the recommended time, usually around 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden and crispy.
