Grilled Ribeye Ingredients

Method

Grilling Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribeye

Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. This ensures even cooking.

  2. 2

    Season the Steaks

Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Place fresh rosemary on top of each steak.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat, around 450°F (232°C).

  4. 4

    Grill the Steaks

Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until a thermometer reads 130°F (54°C).

  5. 5

    Rest the Steaks

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the grilled ribeye with pickled vegetables on the side and a cup of beef jeow for dipping.
