Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the Thai chilies and crush the garlic. Rinse and set aside the Thai basil leaves.

2

Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the crushed garlic and chopped Thai chilies, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

3

Add Ground Chicken

Add the ground chicken to the skillet. Stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.

4

Season the Chicken

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to the chicken mixture. Stir well and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add in the Thai basil leaves and stir until wilted.

5

Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, heat a little oil and fry the eggs sunny-side up until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes.

6

Serve

To serve, place a portion of cooked rice on a plate, top with the chicken mixture, and place a crispy fried egg on top.
