Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Seafood
Preheat your broiler. Season the shrimp and salmon fillet with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
- 2
Crust the Scallops
Dip each scallop into the beaten egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs gently to adhere.
- 3
Broil the Seafood
Place the shrimp and salmon on a broiler-safe pan and broil for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Broil the crusted scallops separately on a baking sheet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 4
Add Teriyaki Sauce
Once the seafood is cooked, drizzle the teriyaki sauce over the shrimp and salmon. Let it cook for an additional minute under the broiler.
- 5
Serve
Plate the broiled shrimp, salmon, and fried scallops. Drizzle with any remaining teriyaki sauce and garnish with sliced green onions.
