Make Rosemary Simple Syrup

In a small saucepan, combine equal parts water and sugar (1 cup each) along with a handful of fresh rosemary sprigs. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let it steep for 30 minutes. Strain out the rosemary and store the syrup in the refrigerator.

Mixing the Martini

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Deep Eddy Grapefruit Vodka, 1 oz of rosemary simple syrup, and 0.5 oz of fresh squeezed lemon juice.

Add Bitters

Add 2 dashes of Fee Bros. Grapefruit Bitters to the shaker.

Shake

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Top with Soda

Gently top off the cocktail with 3 oz of San Pellegrino Blood Orange Soda.
