Mint Simple Syrup Preparation

Make the Mint Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine the water and granulated sugar. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add Mint
Once the sugar is dissolved, remove the saucepan from heat and add the fresh mint leaves. Stir gently, then cover and let steep for 30 minutes.

Strain Syrup
After steeping, strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve into a clean container, discarding the mint leaves. Allow the syrup to cool before using.

Add Juices
Pour in the pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, and fresh lime juice into the shaker with the muddled cucumber.

Add Mint Syrup
Add 30 ml of the prepared mint simple syrup to the shaker. Adjust the quantity according to your taste.

Mix Ingredients
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice, then top with ginger ale. Stir gently to combine.
