Preparation Steps

1

Prepare Cold Brewed Espresso

If you do not have cold brewed espresso, you can make it by steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold water for 12-24 hours. Strain and chill.

2

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the cold brewed espresso, vodka, Kahlua, and Demerara syrup.

3

Shake

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.

4

Strain

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass, using a fine mesh strainer if desired to achieve a smooth pour.

5

Garnish

Garnish with three coffee beans on top for an elegant presentation.
