Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Tenderloin

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Sear the Pork

In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned (about 4-5 minutes per side).

  3. 3

    Bake the Pork

Transfer the seared tenderloin to the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).

  4. 4

    Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add chicken broth, soy sauce, and honey. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce to thicken.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once the pork is done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with the sauce drizzled on top and your choice of side dishes.
