Sear the Pork
In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned (about 4-5 minutes per side).

Bake the Pork
Transfer the seared tenderloin to the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add chicken broth, soy sauce, and honey. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce to thicken.

Serve
Once the pork is done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with the sauce drizzled on top and your choice of side dishes.
