Chili Garlic Honey Sauce

Preparation
1. Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and black pepper. Dredge them in all-purpose flour until fully coated.
2. Fry the Wings
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
3. Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, mix honey, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook over medium heat until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
4. Toss Wings in Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried wings in the sweet chili garlic honey sauce until evenly coated.
5. Prepare the Dressing
Combine chopped lemongrass, scallions, olive oil, rice vinegar, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
6. Serve
Serve the sweet chili wings hot with the scallion lemongrass dressing on the side.
