Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Dough
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- 2
Prepare the Toppings
Slice the zucchini, tomatoes, and red onions. Chop the roasted red peppers if they are not already chopped. In a bowl, mix the zucchini, tomatoes, red onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 3
Assemble the Pizza
Spread the provolone and goat cheese evenly over the rolled-out dough. Layer the vegetable mixture on top of the cheese. Add the roasted red peppers and sprinkle red pepper flakes over the top.
- 4
Bake the Pizza
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- 5
Finish with Arugula and Walnuts
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Top with fresh arugula and sprinkle walnuts over the pizza before slicing and serving.
