Heat the Milk
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it is warm but not boiling.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder and sugar until well combined.

Combine Ingredients
Once the milk is warm, add the cocoa and sugar mixture to the saucepan and whisk until fully dissolved.

Add Vanilla
Stir in the vanilla extract and mix well.
