Using a coffee grinder, grind the decaf Brazilian coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency.

Heat the filtered water to just below boiling (around 90-95°C or 194-203°F).

In a French press or coffee maker, combine the ground coffee with the hot water. Let it steep for 4 minutes before pressing or filtering.

Stir in the cocoa powder until fully dissolved.

Gently fold in the sliced banana for a fruity touch.
