Brewing Instructions

  1. 1

    Grind the Coffee

Using a coffee grinder, grind the Burundi coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency, similar to sea salt.

  2. 2

    Boil Water

Bring the filtered water to a boil, then let it cool for about 30 seconds to reach the ideal brewing temperature of around 92-96°C (198-205°F).

  3. 3

    Brew the Coffee

Add the ground coffee to your brewing device. Pour the hot water over the coffee grounds evenly, ensuring all grounds are saturated. Allow it to steep for 4-5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve

After steeping, if using a French press, press down the plunger and pour the coffee into a cup. Enjoy the bright and jammy flavors of the Burundi Gaharo coffee.
