    Prepare the Venison

    Slow cook the venison until tender. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 4 hours on low heat in a slow cooker.

    Prepare the Figs

    Chop the Calimyrna figs into small pieces and set aside.

    Assemble the Dish

    On a serving plate, layer the hand-stretched mozzarella slices, followed by the slow cooked venison.

    Sprinkle the chopped figs over the venison, then crumble the goat cheese on top.

    Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the top and garnish with chopped fresh rosemary.
