    Prepare the Brioche Toast

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush each slice of brioche bread with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.

    Toast the Brioche

    Bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

    Prepare the Tomatoes

    While the bread is toasting, wash and slice the Campari tomatoes in half. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.

    Assemble the Dish

    On each slice of brioche toast, spread a generous amount of fig jam. Top with a piece of burrata cheese, then add the halved tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.

    Serve

    Drizzle with a little extra olive oil if desired, and serve immediately while the toast is warm.
