1. Prepare the Tomato Jam
In a saucepan, combine diced tomatoes, brown sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally and set aside.
2. Cook the Onions
Slice the onion and heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until the onions are caramelized, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Form the Bison Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine ground bison, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
