Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

2

Cook the Proteins

Add the diced chicken and beef (or shrimp) to the skillet. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

3

Add the Vegetables

Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they are tender.

4

Scramble the Eggs

Push the meat and vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.

5

Combine with Rice

Add the cooked rice to the skillet along with the soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together, ensuring the rice is coated with the seasoning.

6

Finish with Green Onions

Finally, stir in the chopped green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

7

Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy your homemade Chaufas!
