Directions

1

Prepare the Fish

Season the fish fillets with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Set aside.

2

Breading the Fish

In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, place the flour and in a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs. Dredge each fish fillet in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.

3

Fry the Fish

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded fish fillets until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove and keep warm.

4

Make the Shrimp Sauce

In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion until translucent. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.

5

Combine Sauce Ingredients

Pour in the heavy cream and stock. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Add lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly.

6

Serve

Place the fried fish fillets on plates and ladle the shrimp sauce over them. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
