Crust Preparation
- 1
Make the Crust
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated with butter.
- 2
Form the Crust
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Filling Preparation
- 3
Mix the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, lime zest, lemon zest, and egg yolks until smooth and well combined.
- 4
Fill the Crust
Pour the filling mixture into the cooled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- 5
Chill
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Topping Preparation
- 6
Make Whipped Cream
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it begins to thicken. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to whip until soft peaks form.
- 7
Top the Pie
