Prepare the Bruschetta
Start by preheating the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Chop the Toppings
Dice the Roma tomatoes and chop the fresh basil leaves. Mince the garlic cloves.
Mix the Topping
In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Toast the Bread
Place the slices of bruschetta on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Assemble
Top each toasted slice with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.

Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, olive oil, fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Add the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Serve
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with a side of your choice.

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl.
