Dice the Roma tomatoes and chop the fresh basil leaves. Mince the garlic cloves.

In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

Marinate the Chicken

In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, olive oil, fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
