In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 lb of ground pork sausage, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, and 0.5 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix until well combined.

Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with 1 cup of all-purpose flour, one with 1 beaten egg, and one with 1.5 cups of breadcrumbs mixed with 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
