Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sauté the Aromatics
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 2
Add Garlic
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3
Combine Ingredients
Add the tomato sauce, white beans, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- 4
Simmer
Reduce heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. If it becomes too thick, add a splash of water.
- 5
Finish the Dip
Once the dip is heated through and flavors have melded, remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley.
- 6
Serve
Transfer the Loubia dip to a serving bowl and enjoy warm with pita bread.
