Method

Kabob Preparation

1

Prepare Kefta Kabob

In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, parsley, and olive oil. Mix until well combined. Form into oval-shaped patties or skewers.

2

Marinate Chicken

For the marinated chicken, use your preferred marinade and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

3

Grill Kabobs

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.

4

Cook Rice or Fries

For rice, cook according to package instructions. If making saffron rice, add saffron during the cooking process. For fries, cut potatoes into strips and fry until golden brown.

Salad Preparation

5

Prepare EZ Salad

In a bowl, combine cucumber, tomato, lettuce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss gently and set aside.

Assembly

6

Plate the Dish

On a plate, serve your choice of rice or fries, alongside the grilled kabobs and the EZ salad. Offer a selection of sauces on the side.
