Prepare Chicken Tenders
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Cut the chicken breast into strips. 3. In one bowl, place the flour. In a second bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. 4. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip it in the egg, then coat it in the panko mixture. Place on the baking sheet. 5. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken strips.

Prepare Fries
1. While the chicken is prepared, wash and cut the potatoes into thin fries. 2. Toss the fries in a bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated. 3. Spread the fries on another baking sheet in a single layer.

1. Place both baking sheets in the oven. Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, and the fries for 30-35 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
