Cook the Proteins
Season the chicken, steak, chorizo, and pork with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until it’s golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. Repeat for the steak, chorizo, and pork, cooking each for about 4-5 minutes or until done.

Fry the Plantains
Peel and slice the sweet plantains diagonally. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium heat, and fry the plantain slices until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
