Prepare the Rice
Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.

Fry the Plantains
Peel and slice the plantains. Heat oil in a pan and fry the slices until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Make the Garlic Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 4-5 minutes.

Add Lemon Juice
Stir in the lemon juice and cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat.

Plate the shrimp with the garlic sauce, serve with rice, fried plantains, and the salad.
