Preparing the Chicken
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Rice
Rinse the white rice under cold water. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the rinsed rice, cover, and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.

Assemble the Burritos
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Start by adding a portion of grilled chicken, followed by a scoop of rice, black beans, a sprinkle of shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and a spoonful of salsa. Top with shredded lettuce.

Wrap the Burrito
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it from the bottom up to enclose the filling. Ensure it is tightly wrapped. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Serve
Cut the burritos in half if desired, and serve with extra salsa and sour cream on the side.
